Printer cleaning guide
Printer head requires cleaning when one of following cases occurs:
1) printing is not clear;
2) some columns on the printed page are not clear;
3) feed emits noise.
Printer head cleaning procedure is as follows:
1) turn the printer off, open the cover, remove the paper if there is any;
2) the printer head cool down completely if cleaning takes place right after printing;
3) wipe the thermal printer head surface with a soft ethanol dipped cloth to clear off dust and/or stains;
4) wait until ethanol completely evaporates, put the cover back and run test print.
